AWSM is Dylan and Hayden plus two blokes we'd send to our own place. We started in 2022 doing electrical and air con out of Deception Bay, and that is still exactly what we do.

Hey — we're Dylan and Hayden
A small crew that turns up.
We started AWSM in 2022. Two of us, both on the tools, both tired of the way this trade treats people — the quote that never arrives, the bloke who says he'll be there Tuesday, the invoice with a number on it nobody mentioned.
So the whole business is built around the opposite of that. You get a written price before anything starts. You get told when we're coming and we come. And if something isn't right afterwards, we come back and fix it, because a job is not finished until you're happy with it.
Hayden holds the ARC refrigerant licence and we're licensed electrical contractors, so an air con install and the circuit it needs are the same crew on the same day. That is the bit most people ring us about: one quote, one invoice, nobody to blame.
We work out of Deception Bay QLD 4508, across the Redcliffe peninsula, the North Lakes corridor, Caboolture and north, and Brisbane's northern suburbs — for homeowners, builders and real estate agencies.

Quotes, bookings and most of the phone calls — and still out on jobs most days. If you send an enquiry through this site, odds are Dylan is the one who rings you back.
Hayden
Co-owner, on the tools
Holds the ARC refrigerant handling licence (#106899), so the air con side of every job is his. Quotes and runs work the same as Dylan does.

Full time on the tools across both trades. Most of the day-to-day electrical and air con work on site is Trent and Jaxon.

Not a mission statement. These are the four things a customer notices, and the four things we get held to.
Quoted before we touch a tool
The price is in writing before anyone starts. If something changes mid-job, you hear about it and agree to it first — you never find out what it cost from the invoice.
We come back
If it isn't right, we come back and sort it. No job is finished until you're happy with it, and that is the whole reason this business has the reviews it does.
You get the owners
Four of us. Two are owners and both are on the tools, so the person quoting the job is the person who has to do it. Nothing gets promised by someone who never turns up.
Both trades, one crew
Air con that needs a circuit, a renovation that needs both — it is one team, one quote and one invoice. Nobody stands in your hallway blaming the other trade.
