Owners on the tools
Dylan and Hayden own the business and turn up to the jobs. The person who quotes it is the person who does it — or the bloke standing next to them.
Meet the crewElectrical
A build stops dead when the sparky doesn't show. We turn up when the program says, rough in ahead of the plasterer, and come back to fit off without being chased.

The problem
If one of these is you, you are in the right place. Tell us which one and we will come back with a price.
What we do
Rough-in to fit-off for builders and renovators. On site when we said we would be, with the paperwork done.
What's included
Most renovations need a sparky and an air con installer. Booking them separately means two schedules, two quotes, two lots of chasing, and an argument about who was meant to run the conduit when something doesn’t line up.
We hold both licences, so it’s one order, one program slot and one warranty. The air con pipework and cabling go in at rough-in with everything else, which is when it’s cheap and invisible — retrofitting it after the plasterer has been is neither.
You get a sub who answers the phone and puts the date in the diary. We work to your program, we tell you early if something on our end is going to move, and we don’t disappear onto a bigger job halfway through yours. Rough-in is done to the plan and marked up so the plasterer and the tiler know where not to cut.
Certificates of testing and compliance are issued as the work is completed, so nothing holds up your handover.
The part worth doing properly is the planning. Before a wall is opened we’ll go through where the bench is, which side the bed goes, what’s getting mounted on the wall, whether the kitchen island needs power, and whether the board has room for it all. Points and lights are almost free to move on paper and expensive to move afterwards.
Electrical work gets quoted per job, so there is no honest price to put on a page — every house is different. What we can promise is that you see the number before anyone starts.
Request a QuoteA price in writing, first
We look at the job, then send the number. Nothing starts until you have said yes to it.
The price is the price
If we find something we could not see, you get a call and a revised number — not a bigger invoice at the end.
10% pensioner discount
Just mention it when you send the job through and we will take it off the quote.
Who we work for
Three very different jobs, three different things that matter. Here's how we handle each one.
Someone who turns up when they said, does it properly and tells you the price first.
A sub you can put on the program and forget about. Rough-in to fit-off, on the day.
Fast make-safes, compliance that stands up, and an invoice your system will accept.
How it works
Tell us what needs doing. Photos help.
Within a business day, from Dylan or Hayden.
A price in writing before anyone touches a tool.
You pick a day that works and we turn up on it.
Questions
Earlier than most people do. Before the walls come down, ideally.
Points and lights cost almost nothing to move on a plan and a lot to move once the plaster is on. The same goes for air con — running the pipework at rough-in is cheap and invisible; retrofitting it afterwards is neither.
A quick walk through with a rough plan is usually enough. We’ll flag anything the switchboard can’t carry before it becomes a problem on site.
Yes. Any new or altered electrical installation work gets a Certificate of Testing and Compliance, which is what says a licensed electrician tested it and it meets the standard.
You get a copy — keep it. A conveyancer, an insurer, a building certifier or a property manager will eventually ask for it, and it is much easier to hand over than to chase up years later.
Builders get theirs as the work is completed so nothing holds up handover.
You get a price in writing before we touch a tool. That’s the promise the whole business runs on.
Tell us what needs doing — photos of the switchboard or the unit help a lot — and Dylan or Hayden will call you back to check the details. Then the quote comes through in writing. If you’re happy with it, we book a day. No surprise numbers at the end of the job.
Yes — that’s the whole point of us. Same crew, same job, one quote and one invoice.
Most air con installs need electrical work anyway: a dedicated circuit, an isolator, sometimes a switchboard that’s had its day. When one trade does the lot there’s nobody to blame and nothing to wait on. It’s also why we can sort the wiring and the unit on the same visit.
Why AWSM
Most jobs need a sparky, an air con bloke, or both. You get both from the same team — one quote, one invoice, nobody to blame.

Dylan and Hayden own the business and turn up to the jobs. The person who quotes it is the person who does it — or the bloke standing next to them.
Meet the crewGear we can get parts for in ten years, not whatever was cheapest this week. If you'd rather supply your own, that's fine too.
Check the numbers — that's what they're there for.
